The Organizing Committee warmly welcomes you to 2016 the 9th International Conference on Machine Vision (ICMV 2016), held during November 18-20, 2016, in Nice, France at Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport. The ICMV 2016 aimd to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Machine Vision. The conference provided opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. This year, about 131 papers submitted to the conference. After several rounds review procedure, the program committee accepted 77 papers to be published in SPIE Vol. 10341. Acceptance rate 58.77%. About 107 Professors, students, PhD Students, engineers, and post-doctoral scientists from 14 countries joint the conference and gave us latest development, research in Machine Vision.

This conference program was highlighted by five Keynote Speakers: Prof. Antanas Verikas, from Halmstad University, Sweden; Prof. Petia Radeva, from University of Barcelona, Spain; Prof. Dmitry Nikolaev, from Russia Academy of Science, Russia; Prof. Petra Perner, from Institute of Computer Vision and Applied Computer Sciences, Germany; Prof. Alexander Bernstein, from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), Russia; and Plenary Speaker: Prof. M-Tahar Kechadi, from Ireland University College Dublin and University of Salerno, Ireland.
Then Six parallel sessions were held with hot topics Target Defection and Tracking; -Video Processing Technology and Visualization;Computer Science and Date Engineering; Image Processing and Application; Image Analysis etc.
Winners of Best Oral Presentation of each session
One best presentation was selected from each session, evaluated from: Originality; Applicability; Technical Merit; PPT; English. The best one will be announced at the end of each Session, and awarded the certificate over the Dinner.
