The conference ICMV 20119 was held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands successfully. This year, the conference addressed by two keynote speakers, 4 plenary speakers and two invite speakers. They are Prof. Wolfgang Osten, University of Stuttgart, Germany, Prof. Alexander Reiterer, FhG-IPM Freiburg, Germany, Prof. K.J. Batenburg, Universiteit Leiden, The Netherlands, Prof. Petia Radeva, University of Barcelona, Spain, Prof. Alexander Bernstein, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Russia Federation and Prof. Johan Debayle, Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines, France. Wherein Prof. Vladimir Arlazarov held a special session about Camera Based and Mobile Recognition, Prof. Dmitry P. Nikolaev held a special session about Advanced Imaging and Tomography and Prof. Wolfgang Osten held a session on Machine Vision for Autonomous Driven Cars under Harsh Environmental Conditions.
